What will we do for ten weeks?

Module 1: The basics

Module 3: Your PHYSICAL components

It’s all about the body here because it is an important vehicle to navigate and enjoy the human experience! Here we will discuss subjects from from food, yoga, exercise to detoxification methods, and everything is adapted to your unique constitution.

W4: Your MENTAL component

We smoothly move from the body to the mind, the steering wheel of your vehicle. In this module you will learn about Ayurveda’s approach to your mental nature and different tendencies that come up and how to effectively manage them for a smoother ride in life.

W5: Your EMOTIONAL component

This module has been dedicated to your emotions. How do you deal with negative emotions and cultivate a positive resilient mind? And why is all of this important? W6: SPIRITUAL component
